There are 104 newly renovated guestrooms and suites each with a rich blend of tropical and mediterranean influences. The Tamarind will have the addition of an intimate spa and relaxation space, two completely redesigned and re-imagined restaurants - including a
stylish new late-night poolside tapas lounge at the former Sasso, and Tangiers will be transformed with a new deck overlooking the ocean allowing guests a premium position on one of Barbados most idyllic
beach fronts.

Three freshwater swimming pools and a whirlpool are on site, dedicated adult and family areas with kids and teens club,programmes for all the family.

On the family front, Tamarind will also be introducing the newly designed “Flying Fish” kids club, in the vanguard of a program rolling out across the Elegant Hotels collection. The new kids club will cater to a range of ages, while a separate ‘teen den’ will offer the perfect place for teenagers to hang out and relax whilst on holiday. The den will include the latest in teen technology including large screen WII
and popular games consoles as well as activities on and off the resort.

Golf Information
The Royal Westmoreland Country Club is a definite must experience. Rated within one of the three best golf courses in the world, it offers views of an unmatched caliber. This private Par - 72 course is designed by Robert Trent - Jones Jr. and preferred tee times can be arranged for guests. This course is a 10 minute taxi ride from Tamarind Cove.
