The Coffee Shop (However the General Store will have a coffee service with grab and go pastries available)

Ozone Fitness (However, there is currently a temporary fitness facility available in the Historic Hotel. Tennis courts are also available for day and night play)

Park Residences
The building of park residences - an area of wholly owned one and two bedroom condominiums. Phase I of the park residences has been completed in December 2009. The construction area for this facility is visible upon arrival to the property, however, public areas such as beach, pools and restaurant areas will not be affected by this work in 2010.
