Making a reservation is a simple process. Once you have selected the hotel of your choice you have the option of making the reservation online or making a telephone reservation.

You have the option of paying a deposit to secure the booking and then paying the balance closer to the arrival date, or simply paying in full. We offer a Refundable Deposit policy on most hotels if you cancel by a specified date with only an administration charge being levied.

December : We are showing good availability in early December.This worsens after the 16th Dec but we are still able to find space in good 3 and 4* hotels.

January : The first week of January tends to be fairly tight for availability, however we are seeing space open up considerably on or around the 5th Jan for most hotels.

February : A popular time in Barbados and availability is becoming an issue.Book now for this period to avoid disappointment.

There is limited availability for the month of Aug .This the traditional "high season for Bermuda and the best hotels will be running at close to maximum occupancy.The following hotels have some availability: 5* Fairmont Southampton Princess, 5* Fairmont Hamilton Princess, 4* Coco Reef and 4* Wyndham Resort.
